High on fitness

Working out doesn’t have to be hard or boring says Denise. “I personally love doing my fat burning in the great outdoors and when I need a get away, I try to take my vacations in areas that will allow me to hike or walk while I explore some of the amazing scenic views the US has to offer. In this pictures I’m on top of the world after a hike at Death Valley”.  Denise does a 45 minute walk every day and suggests that anyone walking Death Valley do it early in the morning and with lots of water!
